[ here comes brianna just wandering into the library/study, half-naked as usual, though she has her heels on at the moment. doesn't look very ready, but that's because she's been attempting to find her MIA brother. ]

[ ping! spots said brother and saunters on over to him and stands there, hands on her hips, though she looks amused instead of irritated. ]

[ clicks off the music he has on at the moment (the track has been on repeat) and switches to something else lighter, a bit on the classical side. doesn't put on his headphones but doesn't remove them from the jack, either.

goes back to typing, not finding any harm in him being there if he stays put. ]

[ & stays put, he does without even a twitch of the fingers. still, there are hints of contentment spreading across his face when the sound of the music & the typing reaches his ears. ]

[ glance, type, glance, type, glance, type; seems to be doing this strange dance, though he's not sure why.

opens his mouth to say something, quietly shutting it after he realizes that he can't (won't) say it (anything). sighs to himself, shuffling through some CDs idly. ]

[ eyes open slowly when he realizes in his unconscious state that the typing, the rhythm, has stopped. lifts his head away from the mattress, looking unfocused. gaze swirls to nathan.

... a tilt of the head later, he slips right back into slumber, only with his chin tucked against his collarbone this time around. ]

[ moves away from the CDs and slumps back, eyes sliding shut, feeling a little tired. cracks open those eyes to look at the clock on the desktop of his laptop, allowing them to close once more. ]

... time's up.

[ takes a moment, but when he opens his eyes this time, they're fully aware. climbs to his feet slowly, brushing away invisible dust from his pants.

does some preening (adjusts his tie, tugs his collar into place) & takes a step toward nathan, kneels in front of him & presses a light kiss to the top of his head. ]

[ & he rises again, leaves. ]

when albert's long gone he looks at one of the CDs that somehow found its way into his hand, feeling irritated before chucking it across the room, abandoning his laptop to instead crawl into his bed and take out his PSP.

tries to concentrate, but even if he's doing well in the game, he's not really paying attention to it at all. ]
