[ circles around to face her boys when they get inside of the park, taking out her handy dandy map to look over it. doesn't take too long in deciding what to do first; hands go on her hips, giving them a look as if she's leading an army going to war, though the smile on her face adds something more pleasant onto the double-meaning. ]

So I was thinking that we should split up first and meet up for lunch later. It's pretty crowded today. Going in twos is the best option, since we don't want to lose any short people.

[ returns the smile with one of her own. ]

Of course not.

[ extends a hand towards her, intentions plain. ]

[ & she puts a hand of her own into his, waiting to be lead as usual. ]

[ & he does not disappoint, sweeping her into a dance that matches the current rhythm filling their ears. soon forgets where they are, how they should be acting, momentarily blind to the crowds that begin to make semi-circle around them.

but of course, he does notice them (it is difficult not to, with such gawking), makes him chuckle. draws in close so that he could whisper into the air that he shared with only one other. ]

Ah. An audience.

[ has been too busy watching albert to notice herself, simply content in knowing that he's near. his words bring her back down to reality, however, taking a passing glance with her eyes towards the people around them. sounds light and pleased, a hint of mirth in her voice as she leans to press her cheek against his to whisper in return: ]

Let them stare.

As they always do.

[ swerves them into a turn, stepping them into a slightly different pattern of movement when the music comes to a close, drawing them into a flourishing finish that he rarely entertains. ]

[ lips quirk up further at the direction he eventually leads them into, taking a moment to also incline her head towards the now-clapping crowd before them. ]

[ when the applause dies down, he turns to give the band an incline of his head & a smile in acknowledgment as well as a signal that their moment in the spotlight has ended. on cue, the next song is more lively, back to the band's original style -- a gesture for people to join in. & he takes that moment to gently tug her along away, pace still languid & relaxed though he seems to be seeking something.

& he finds it in the form of a slightly secluded area underneath a tree. walks into the shade, dislodges his hand from hers to bring her closer by the arm he slips around her waist, lips going to her forehead when he speaks. ]

Anywhere else, princess?

[ is momentarily surprised by their new location, an unexpected detour. relaxes in his hold when she's pulled closer, eyes sliding shut in appreciation for the affection. answers him in a mixture of sorts, as if she's giving a reply yet asking a question all the same. her tone is soft and accepting, the usual playfulness in her voice mellowed. ]

Not here, no.

[ chuckles, further whispering against her skin: ]

Come with me.

[ hums in the back of her throat, already pleased. ]

Take me, then.

[ leans away, satisfied. ]

They know the way back?

[ tilts her head to the side, an inviting look in her eyes as she says two simple words: ]

They do.

[ nods & pulls away, slipping his touch away, leaving them disconnected even by the hands. turns his head in the direction of the exit as well as the hotel, his body eventually following to start their trek back. ]

[ does not say a word as she closes her eyes, smiles, then shakes her head in amusement. before walking with him she turns her gaze to look back at the park, as if observing what will soon be left behind. yet she does not linger for too long, catching up to walk next to albert within a few long strides, content in knowing that their destination will probably be something more to their tastes. ]
