[ stands and picks up his blazer, folding it over once and placing it upon his forearm. ]

[ bows his head slightly in silent thanks for her company, turning to finally make his exit. ]

[ it takes him a solid ten minutes to remember the abandoned suitcase he had accidentally left on the floor; walks in again, quietly uttering a few apologies underneath his breath as to not disturb her any further, finding his way back out the door as if nothing had ever happened. ]

[ sighs at the scene, but does not speak, merely going back to her work as soon as he leaves a second time, going back to preparing her charts for her patients that would be returning this week. ]
