[ isn't entirely there even when the plane comes to a complete stop; the noise ringing in his head is as painful as he remembers it being, making him sway a bit while pressing a hand to his forehead. the world before his eyes seems to double, triple, merge back into one, then double again, while the blueprint-world throbs in noisy emptiness. makes small whimpering noises when they're walking, barely hanging onto consciousness by focusing on that comforting, erratic heartbeat he knows is near.

gropes around for a smaller hand that he knows is around (but can't remember why it would be right this moment) while mumbling absentmindedly under his breath in german, as if he's welcoming himself back home. ]

[ seems to slowly come out of his sleepy haze when he hears her name, the words throwing him back into reality. ]

[ looks down at his feet. shuffles them a little before nodding, deciding that it's alright to comply. ]

W-well. She's important to you, s-so. Don't wanna... [ pauses. closes his eyes and leans into him more, feeling tired again. ] Something.

[ shifts his grip a little for mutual comfort while glancing down at him in slight worry. then after a few more moments of thought, he gives a light squeeze before leaning away to press his forehead against the smaller boy's. ]

Nathan. Sleep together?

[ wobbles a bit, lifting a hand to rub at his eyes when caleb leans away. lets some of his weight rest forward to their connected foreheads. stares at him for a moment. finally gives in with a small sigh. ]

... 'kay.

[ leans forward again, angling his face a little so that he can give the bridge of nathan's nose another kiss. ]

[ shifts to press his face into caleb's chest again, holding onto him a bit loosely. ]

Nein! Food later, after sleep. Put bag in room, and Nathan in bed. I tell Hilda.

[ stares up at him. slowly smiles, already quite aware that the little hint of sarcasm in his next words will go right over caleb's head. ]

[ & indeed it does; instead, the words seem to make his cheeks take on a pleased flush. ]

[ feels himself smile wider against his will, pushing his face back into caleb's chest while giving him a tighter hug. ]

Yeah, Nathan is happy. [ closes his eyes & murmurs. ] You always do good.

[ & finally leans away, prying himself gently from the embrace. ]

[ looks down at the luggage. shrugs and decides to take more than just his laptop bag this time, knowing he can shoulder at least one of the smaller ones while keeping the book underneath an arm. ]

[ grins & grabs a hold of the bigger ones again, dragging it along with more ease now that they were no longer tackling an incline. shoulders his way through the door & into his room, quickly tucking the bags & the backpack into one of the corners of the room. ]

[ sets his own bags down in the same spot, rolling his shoulders a bit when the weight is finally gone. kicks off his shoes after glancing at his feet, neatly setting them aside next to the bags. stands there awkwardly (again) and looks up at caleb, almost feeling like a kid who needs directions on what to do next. ]

[ does more rearranging, only pausing when the lack of movement behind him catches his attention. glances back at nathan for the other boy's benefit than any real need to physically see, blinking. ]

[ rubs at his arm a bit to give himself something to do. mutters, feeling embarrassed again. ]

S-sorry, I don't... go into other people's places often, so.

[ a slow smile of understanding comes to his lips. decides to leave the bags alone for now, turning to nathan fully. ]

Is okay. Is new. Everything is okay here for Nathan, because Nathan do not do bad thing.

[ looks over at the bed. quietly shuffles over to it, sitting down on the edge of the mattress. fidgets a bit, feeling both uncomfortable yet peculiarly content at the same time. ]

[ beams in approval, nodding happily. takes a few quick steps toward the bed & nathan to give him a quick hug in further reassurance before pulling away. ]
