[ 6am seems like the perfect time to get up. or at least to a certain little girl, anyway, especially when it is soon going to become a magical day. but first her eyes land at the foot of her bed, briefly sad to see that her kitty is nowhere in sight (aw...) but knows that he couldn't have gone too far. this isn't the main thing on her mind, though. what is on her mind is the snow that had decided to pile up throughout the night, rolling off of her bed excitedly so she can run to the window and smoosh her face against it to peer down at the white that's littering everything.
her daddy promised her to play in the snow, when it decided to come. now that that day has arrived, she thinks it's time to wake him up. this is why she's quickly scurrying across the (not very large) space between her room and her parent's bedroom, wiggling inside the crack that she finds there between the door and the wall. beams down at the floor when she notices hervery fat unhealthily large kitty on the floor next to the entrance, waddling on over to squat down and pet him. after a few scratches to his belly (mow, mow...) she stands again, giggling a little to herself when she notices that both her parents are still snoozing away.
creeps quietly to their bedside so she can poke her eyes just over the mattress to stare at albert. reaches over to gently pat at his face, whispering a low daddddyyyy to see if that'll wake him up. ]

haxxalbert. he does admit to being slightly disoriented in the beginning, however, but it's easy enough to tell who's causing the disruption (if one could call it that), so he pretends not to hear it, keeping his eyes closed & body relaxed as to properly feign sleep. ]no subject

And how did you manage such a feat in so little time?

Ingenious.

I learned it from you, daddy!

And because you are my little love, yes?

You have my most sincere gratitude, little love.

But daddy is okay to go play too, right?
