[ the door of the car closes with a light thudas he gets out. slips the sunglasses off his eyes & onto his head, nestled into his hair; he's dressed rather casually today, red dress-shirt with its top two buttons undone & the rest in a suit-like attire. seems to blend right into the crowd as soon as he enters the building, surrounded by people who live to sell their looks. ignores the gazes, entirely faithful to his purpose at present. he only stops once to ask for directions --

"Tell me. Where would Brianna be at this hour?"

& he saunters into the area, standing in the shadows as he watches the flashes of light caress brianna's form, appreciative. ]

[ the look of disdain subsides as he inspects two possible necklace candidates & thus his response sounds rather nonchalant. ]

[ doesn't say anything for a while, fingering the material as she stares down at it. then slowly, very slowly allows a wide smile to cross her face, though she controls herself soon after. ]

[ turns on her heel and walks on over to albert, lifting slightly to kiss him on the shoulder. peers over at the necklaces, as if she's curious. ]

I suppose I will have to accompany you, then. Wouldn't want to be rude.

[ lifts his final choice in wordless askance of her opinion. ]

Shall we surprise each other?

[ looks at it, head cocked to the side. finally nods, turning around to lift her hair up and away from her neck. ]

[ turns as well to face her back, tilting his head in quick thought while he puts the necklace on her. hands falls to her shoulders, moving in lightly massaging motions while leaning his head close to an ear at the same time. ]

[ is grateful for the touch, head rolling back slightly within the motions. really wishes they were home right now (more privacy, less wandering eyes), but that can wait until later. ]

[ thoughtful silence, little movement. there are only brief twitches around the lips & corners of his eyes as if in experimentation. ]

[ too bad she can't see it at the moment, though that's probably for the best. she's in too good of a mood to break their trance for another few moments. ]

[ those are the moments that he'll use to slip back into his smiles, shaking his head once. presses his hands down against her waist to bring her closer to his chest. a kiss to the shoulder, maybe a light nip. ]
