[ of course, as it turns out, the one thing that she's forgotten to mention to lyssa was the fact that she didn't really have a convenient method of transportation. all she'd asked for the location & time, thinking that would have been enough. of course it hadn't been.

... oh well.

hooking her small messenger bag-slash-purse on her shoulder, she bids her dad goodbye after reassuring him that she'll be back by ten (yes, yes, don't worry, just the mall--). & promptly feels glad that she left two hours before the time she's supposed to meet lyssa 'cause she just missed the bus & the next one won't be arriving for another half-hour. she settles down, pews & waits. long story short (after she subtracts the bus ride & all the weird things her hair is doing in the humidity), she manages to get to the mall in once piece: none of her organs are missing, her dress isn't ripped up, & no one had shoved her head down a toilet. day's pretty good so far (where's wood to knock on when she needed some?). 'cept the fact that she's probably a few minutes late, but--

... oh well.

she'll apologize to lyssa as soon as she can find him. ]

[ & then he's finished, turning fully to face nick, hands on his hips. after looking him up and down: ]

Looks good on you. Matches your eyes. How's the fit?

[ snorts & extends a hand toward lyssa. ]

Better than that dress is on you.

[ twirls once to remove the amount of space between them, placing his hand into nick's palm. ]

I'll alter it later.

[ flexes his fingers a little, then grasps the hand firmly to tug lyssa toward him. ]

So this isn't some fetish of yours?

[ wobbles a bit before ~~losing balance~~ planting himself into nick's lap. ]

Unfortunately not. I'm just a normal, healthy young male with an eye for fashion. [ pauses. raises an eyebrow. ] Unless you want it to be a fetish, that is.

[ huffs out a soft breath of disbelief while shifting his legs from where they're cushioning lyssa. there, that was more comfortable (for him, anyway). ]

Can't say it's my thing. But I'm sure there're others out there that'll appreciate your inclinations toward dresses.

[ cranes his neck a bit to nuzzle the side of nick's face with his nose, nipping at an earlobe. ]

Yeah, like women.

[ tips his head back, enjoying that as he slides his hands back down to lyssa's hips again. ]

So quick to generalize?

[ toys with the buttons on the blouse with a hand, unbuttoning one of them. ]

Sure. It's no concern of mine right now.

[ leans forward to begin his own nipping: the corner of the mouth, the jaw, the neck. nosing the line of lyssa's neck, he huffs again in amusement. ]

Bravo. Exemplifying the attitudes of teenagers everywhere.

[ after another button is loosened he tilts his head to the side to expose his neck more, laughing lightly. ]

I'm doing a good job so far, aren't I? Maybe I should be an actor instead.

[ teethes along lyssa's neck some more, giving harder bites here & there until he reaches up to slide down a shoulder strap. uses the other one to tug lyssa closer to him on his lap. ]

It's a venue worth considering. [ while his tone suggests everything but. ] Take after your mother's trade.

A model, hm? [ runs a finger up and down his chest, sighing out his next words. ] Then what kind of modeling should I do, sir?

[ switches hands to unhook the strap off the other shoulder, letting the material fall away. ]

Whatever's in demand. You'll hit a kink of mine sooner or later.

[ pauses in nosing at his hair. ]

I thought I was hitting one of them every time I showed up at your doorstep.

[ pulls away from where he'd been sucking/biting at lyssa's neck. ]

There's that habit of generalization again.

Oh, that's right, you probably have specifics. [ mouths at an earlobe as he speaks. ] Maybe a different boy for every day of the week? Blonds on Sundays and Mondays, a redhead or two on Tuesdays and Thursdays...

[ he's going to give himself a concussion if he has to keep rolling his eyes. so just tugs lyssa closer. ]

Mhmm. And a brunette is coming over after you, so let's finish this up, hm?

[ smiles widely, slipping out of his grasp to stand. just lets the gown fall off of him after untying the sash around his waist, leaving it there. ]

I don't mind them joining in, but it'll cost you extra.

[ & gets to his feet while lyssa does that. considers lyssa for a moment, then loops his arms around the boy's waist to pick him up as best as he can. not exactly the lightest load, but they're not going very far -- just the bedroom. rears up to kiss him.

after pulling back & in the middle of walking toward his room: ] How much extra?

[ automatically wraps his arms around nick's neck as a reflex, playfully kicking his feet a little to and fro as they go along. ]

Two meals worth. Three if I decide to stay longer than half a day.

[ stumbles a bit around the swinging legs, but manages to get them to the bed safely after some maneuvering. lowers them both gently on the bed, with lyssa on his back. ]

Pizza and Thai work for you?

[ pushes the side of his face into the bed, peering up at him from the corner of an eye. ]

I was hoping you'd make me one of your famous omelets instead.

[ noses at lyssa's jaw in an almost loving manner, huffing softly. ]

That has the value of two meals.

[ trails up his back with the tips of his fingers before circling around to pluck those buttons loose again. ]

I think it qualifies more as a snack, to be quite honest with you.
