[ the time has come for the VALENTINE'S DAY event! is currently skipping every which-way in his white and red outfit, wearing pants just like rob requested. ... well, they're shorts, but it was better than a skirt, right?

nonetheless he moves about quickly, greeting and seating people as they come along. everything is practically covered in red, pink, and white hearts, streamers, balloons and flowers all tastefully designed and hung up in a very orderly (but not overpowering) manner. the small, circular tables are set up everywhere, leaving enough space for people to have their privacy. said tables are covered in lacy white tablecloths, a single white, pink, or red rose residing in the middle inside a simple white vase. oh, and the chairs sort of look like this. cute, aren't they?

in short, valentine's day must have thrown up inside the mansion, but at least it didn't look too ridiculous or cluttered. ]

[ blinks up at simon, expecting more lecturing. is surprised when he turns away, but it only makes him give one of his soft looks, even if he can't smile. ]

[ instead of sitting in there he slowly gets up, moving to stand beside simon. glances down at the other's shirt and notices glitter on it. doesn't hesitate in reaching over to brush it off gently, as if it were something he did all the time. ]

I- I mean-- [ fumbles with his words, the edge of his sleeve between his teeth as he nibbles on it. goes quiet again. ]

[ keeps the piece of sleeve in his mouth, glancing over at him. really... doesn't have anything he wants, but knows simon would be upset if he said that. drops his hand an inch or two, cheeks red as he speaks gently. ]
