[ the time has come for the VALENTINE'S DAY event! is currently skipping every which-way in his white and red outfit, wearing pants just like rob requested. ... well, they're shorts, but it was better than a skirt, right?

nonetheless he moves about quickly, greeting and seating people as they come along. everything is practically covered in red, pink, and white hearts, streamers, balloons and flowers all tastefully designed and hung up in a very orderly (but not overpowering) manner. the small, circular tables are set up everywhere, leaving enough space for people to have their privacy. said tables are covered in lacy white tablecloths, a single white, pink, or red rose residing in the middle inside a simple white vase. oh, and the chairs sort of look like this. cute, aren't they?

in short, valentine's day must have thrown up inside the mansion, but at least it didn't look too ridiculous or cluttered. ]

[ looks SO. PLEASED. that rob didn't give a scowl. thinks he's finally taking it in stride, though, so just beams and nibbles on a tiny PB&J sandwich. ]

[ leans back and smiles, seemingly content with the silence. lets his eyes roam the room, taking in all the people (couples). ]

... it's worth it, Rob. Every one of them has their own individual problems, but we -- I -- can offer a little time away from those worries that burden them.

[ turns back to rob, reaching over the table to take his hand as best as he can. tries to catch and keep his gaze. ]

Until the time says otherwise, this is what I live for. [ and him, but he doesn't say it out loud. ] You understand, right?

[ & he does, which makes this even more difficult, because he can't think of living or helping anyone in this manner -- doesn't see the point in it. but this inability in itself was also part of the problem. lose-lose.

[ looks up at rob, feeling... a bit disappointed for some reason. pushes back the feeling and stands up, nodding and smiling. ]

Of course! Though I did keep it simple. The hallways are decorated, but that's about it besides what's in here.

[ following quietly, paying only half-attention to the decorations. they were nice though -- just like anything else anna decided to invest in. ]

[ twirling and skipping as he leads them around, yammering about this and that until he lets out an "oh!" and stops to nab one of rob's arms into his own. ]

Did you need anything else for your place? We have some more stuff set aside in a room if you want to take anything~
