[ the time has come for the VALENTINE'S DAY event! is currently skipping every which-way in his white and red outfit, wearing pants just like rob requested. ... well, they're shorts, but it was better than a skirt, right?

nonetheless he moves about quickly, greeting and seating people as they come along. everything is practically covered in red, pink, and white hearts, streamers, balloons and flowers all tastefully designed and hung up in a very orderly (but not overpowering) manner. the small, circular tables are set up everywhere, leaving enough space for people to have their privacy. said tables are covered in lacy white tablecloths, a single white, pink, or red rose residing in the middle inside a simple white vase. oh, and the chairs sort of look like this. cute, aren't they?

in short, valentine's day must have thrown up inside the mansion, but at least it didn't look too ridiculous or cluttered. ]

[ his smile would normally turn from amused to affectionate when seeing rob, but instead he keeps the formerly mentioned plastered on his face. ]

I'll be sure to do that before I leave.

[ nods. ]

Anna wants to talk with you later.

Oh does he, now? Well, I have to give him these-- [ lifts the pink roses. ] --anyway.

But this one. [ pauses to pick the other bundle up, handing the red roses to rob. ] Is for you.

[ reaches out to accept them, small smile on his lips. ]

. . . thank you.

[ now he looks amused and affectionate, which prompts him to lean over to plant a kiss on the crown of rob's head in reply. ]

[ time to move out of the crowd. could have sworn he saw more girls staring at him. ]

How long have you been here?

[ seems to notice as well, so starts leading them into the crowd before steering them out of it to lose any following eyes. ]

Not long. I came to see Anna.

How is he doing, anyway? I haven't seen him in a while.

[ briefly glances around, wondering if he'll spot him. circles his eyes back to rob once he deems it unnecessary. ]

[ too much thought goes into that one answer. seems to decide that it was best to go with the simplest. ]

. . . busy. There's not enough people helping him.

But otherwise, alright.

[ watches rob from the corner of his eye. isn't sure if he should say something other than that, but decides to ask anna the same thing later, anyway. ]

Hm. Well, I'm glad, then.

[ he keeps on walking until he stops suddenly, staring at something in the distance. isn't sure if he should deadpan or smirk. just... stands there silently. ]

...

[ okay, he settles on being amused. tries to not laugh. ]

Aw, Rob, you shouldn't have.

[ blinks, frowning when he recognizes that expression & turns to see what riku's looking at -- ]

[ . . . frown is now how half-way to a scowl when he sees the Rob♥Riku sign. ]

That was not my doing.

And so modest, too.

[ walks towards it, because rob's agitation only fuels riku's curiosity. ]

[ opens the door and looks around, surprised at how... simple it is. was expecting something more elaborate, since it's obvious who did it. ]

... huh.

[ follows! & peers inside, only to be relieved when the inside wasn't as fancy as he was dreading. ]

[ steps out of the way, only to guide rob in. shuts the door behind them, setting the roses for anna elsewhere.

... suddenly stares at the chairs. looks over at rob with one of those 'are you kidding me?' looks, because he will probably break his own accidentally. ]

[ notices that look. & is amused because it was similar to his initial reaction. ]

They're stronger than they look.

I think I'm just going to sit on the floor.

[ they're really not my style is what riku is implying, here. ]
