[ as the limousine steadily makes its way towards the masquerade brianna primps and preens. she isn't too worried about her appearance, already knowing that her gown, hair, and overall appearance is perfect, simply doing said fidgeting in order to keep herself busy. ]

[ snaps the compact shut and puts it back into her clutch purse, setting it aside before sparing a glance over to her date for the night. the look on her face is that of anticipation, yet there's some sort of amusement playing across her features as well. ]

[ & his eyes snap back up to the stranger immediately, expression drawn into a confused frown. seems like he wants to question, but then decides to let it go as he's not really in the mood to socialize -- asking would only lengthen the incoming conversation. ]
