[ not budging, still nooging. ]

AW, DID I HURT YOUR FEELINGS?

[ kicks at his shin, though it's not as hard as he'd like it to be. ]

I HAVE NO FEELINGS!

[ winces a bit, not having expected that & stops the noogies to shuffle back a few steps. ]

WHATEVER, SHORTY.

[ screeches in protest, wiggling around to try and get loose. ]

I'M NOT SHORT!

WHAT WAS THAT? COULDN'T HEAR YOU OVER ALL THE CRYING.

YOU'LL BE THE ONE CRYING WHEN I GET MY HANDS ON YOU-!

[ here be more snickering. ]

WHAT'S THIS? A THREAT? OH, I'M SCARED STIFF. [ headlock tightens a bit in emphasis. ] What're you gonna do, steal my socks?

[ lets out a gurgling sound of despair when the hold is tightened, somehow managing to talk despite that. ]

NO. More like your precious textbooks! WHAT THEN, HUH?

[ stills a bit, voice going dramatically lower. ]

Sally might then just do a little vanishing act.

[ doesn't seem concerned, going still himself momentarily. ]

[ finally wiggles out, using the palm of his hand to shove damon a bit. ]

[ lets him go without fighting go, hands still in the air as he's thinking. ]

[ blinks, rolling his eyes up at the ceiling in thought. ]

Oh yeah? [ backpedals a little 'til he's able to comfortably lean on a wall, crossing his arms. ]

Like... [ keeps his eyes upward, nose suddenly scrunching up in thought, as if he's confused over his own words. ] Stuff.

[ shrugs, settling himself. ]

[ keeps on thinking about it for a long while. makes a disgruntled face after what seems like eternity, finally coming to a decision. ]

I think this party is making my brain hurt. Isn't there anything else to do here?

[ gives the room one quick look across. a slow smile stretches across as an idea comes to mind. ]

[ perks up, looking as happy as he can get. ]

[ leans away, brushing aside invisible dust off his suit. ]

[ nods a few times, getting ready to follow along like a lost puppy. ]

[ nods & waits a few moments before he finally moves, hooking his arm around nathan's. starts leading them both towards the center of the room, weaving around the outer layer of the bustle surrounding the dance floor.

gives nathan a grin when a new song comes on. ]

If you don't come back home tonight? Don't worry, I'll know what to tell sis.

[ & with that, steps back to shove nathan forward, right into the crowd of dancing bodies. ]
