[ zooming across the hallways and poking his head inside almost every classroom's door, tony adamantly searches for a certain fair-haired boy. nobody around him questions this quest, already knowing that said person he's looking for could only be one out of three: anthony, an unfortunate victim due to (half-)sharing the same name as tony, alyssa, a girl who everyone and their mom seemed to like (specifically all the boys who persistently tried to get her to date them), and riku, the unlucky son of a bitch who seemed to have the worst luck in the world, but was still the hottest teacher in the entire school.

who would it be this time?

it's not until he turns a corner into the sophomore hallway that he spots his target finally. stopping in the middle of the hallway while throwing his hands up in the air, he shouts: ]

[ pouts some more, slowly growing a thoughtful look to her face instead. ]

[ beams at him and retreats back to her dressing room, shutting the door again before taking off the dress to set it in the 'not today' pile. ]

[ only dares to lift his head again when he hears that door closed, finally leaning back to breathe easier. ]

[ tilt his head a bit while raising a shoulder, letting his head half-rest on it. ]

[ thinks about it, letting her eyes go to the ceiling. ]

There's this cute boy in my math class that sits in front of me. But I wouldn't date him.

[ makes an agreeing sound, knowing the type. takes a moment to remember her class arrangement. ]

Yes, that's him! He asked me to the dance, actually!

... but you told me last week that he had a girlfriend.

He broke up with her yesterday.

Oh. [ thinks, trying to remember the exact details -- ] She was with Dave today.

[ gasps, peeking out the dressing room. ]

I forget her name.

Jessie! She's my friend! [ goes back into the dressing room, looking pleased as she pulls on another dress. ] Oh, good for her. Dave is a nice boy. I went out with him once.

[ agrees quietly when he realizes that he has no memory of punching dave. leans back & steers the conversation back on topic. ]
