[ isn't entirely there even when the plane comes to a complete stop; the noise ringing in his head is as painful as he remembers it being, making him sway a bit while pressing a hand to his forehead. the world before his eyes seems to double, triple, merge back into one, then double again, while the blueprint-world throbs in noisy emptiness. makes small whimpering noises when they're walking, barely hanging onto consciousness by focusing on that comforting, erratic heartbeat he knows is near.

gropes around for a smaller hand that he knows is around (but can't remember why it would be right this moment) while mumbling absentmindedly under his breath in german, as if he's welcoming himself back home. ]

Not really. Depends on the person. [ taps foot on the ground, face scrunching up. ] It's sorta like... the great big unknown to people. Like walking in the dark with both eyes closed.

Hilda room! [ & bounds inside toward the luggage immediately, grabbing a hold of as much luggage as he can. ]

[ watches him... then shakes his head with a smile, reaching out for his laptop bag. ]

[ looks up only after he pulls on a backpack & manage to heave one bag while half-dragging another. glances around a bit. ]

[ decides to pick it up, looking at it from every angle. briefly raises an eyebrow at the title of the book but ends up just turning back to caleb, holding it out. ]

[ cranes his head toward the book with some effort, though the reading the title seems to take less of such effort as he finds the words to be in german. ]

Huh... [ ends up just shrugging and putting it under his arm, adjusting the weight of the bag he's holding. ] Well, guess we'll read it later or something.

[ also does some adjusting, emitting a slightly strained grunt before he starts shuffling out the door. ]

[ briefly thinks about asking if he needs help, pushing it down when caleb's words reach his ears. snorts and begins to walk as well. ]

[ briefly pauses to think. raises an eyebrow, scooting on forward. ]

[ pauses in answering when they get to the stairs, focusing his concentration on not toppling forward as he starts making slow progress while tugging the luggage along sluggishly. ]

[ watches him, keeping a safe distance away. smiles and decides to cheer, albeit a little less enthusiastically than one would usually adhere to: ]

[ almost stumbles several times before he reaches the base of the stairs. doesn't seem as winded as he is relieved when the deed is done, giving the luggage a quick glance to make sure that they're not too banged up. ]

[ does his own waddling routine down the steps, standing there dumbly for a moment. decides to praise him, though it's a little less enthusiastic than before due to his lack of sleep finally catching up with him: ]
