[ as the limousine steadily makes its way towards the masquerade brianna primps and preens. she isn't too worried about her appearance, already knowing that her gown, hair, and overall appearance is perfect, simply doing said fidgeting in order to keep herself busy. ]

[ snaps the compact shut and puts it back into her clutch purse, setting it aside before sparing a glance over to her date for the night. the look on her face is that of anticipation, yet there's some sort of amusement playing across her features as well. ]

[ stands, smoothing out his dress. feels his hands shake a little bit, as if he knows that this isn't going to be what he should assume it would've been. gestures with a smile nonetheless, as if nothing is amiss. ]

[ slips on her own smile again with ease. is not used to following anyone, save for one person and one person only, but does so without another word. looks down on him the entire way there with a critical look in her eyes, even if he can't see it. ]

[ begins his way towards his room, opening the door for her when they arrive. shuts it behind himself, watching her walk around and observe the area, feeling... strange, but he doesn't say anything for now. ]

[ brushes her fingertips against a few things in his room, smoothing out the drapes when she wanders on over towards the windows. glancing down at the view. turns back towards anna when she's had her share of a look. ]
