[ packs the essential water bottles & sandwiches in his backpack before he's off, putt putt putting to the fair's designated parking spot. doesn't immediately head for the meeting spot, however, strolling on over the bathroom first to do his business. before he leaves, he takes a moment to poke at some of the misbehaving strands on his head in a slightly disgruntled manner. attempts smoothing the strands down twice, then shakes his head, accepting the catastrophe that had been yesterday's sudden rain shower.

making his way back into the outside world, he ignores the trail of waddling seagulls behind him & begins to lazily walk toward the ticket booth to wait for alyssa & tony. ]

[ wraps that arm around anthony again, rubbing his nose into his hair while pulling him into a hug. ]

I'll give you lots of cuddles tonight to make up for it. Promise!

[ grunts at the sudden movement, but wraps an arm around tony in response in a half-hug back. smiles into his chest. ]

[ freezes when a thought strikes him. frowns and says, a little reluctantly: ]

She seemed to stay relatively stable if we both held her in place!

[ pauses. then holds up a fist. ]

. . . Rock paper scissors.

[ lifts a fist, knocking down anthony's hand. ]

Rock wins everything. I win!

[ scrunches his nose, then lifts his own fist again to nudge at tony's cheek. ]

No. Properly.

[ expression wavers a bit at that, grumbling something underneath his breath. ]

Fine, fine.

[ nods & holds up his fist again. ]

Rock, paper. . . scissors. [ holds out paper. ]

[ since he's being a smartass he goes right back to rock again.

... face falls drastically, almost a little comically. ]

[ coughs a bit, barely hiding his glee under a flat expression. ]

She's on your side.

[ looks away, feeling extremely uncomfortable with this prospect. clears his throat after he's had a moment, side-glancing anthony with a grin. ]

Well... she's much cuter than you, so I guess this is a victory.

[ doesn't seem bothered at all, merely nodding in agreement. ]

I'll make waffles. If you can still eat in the morning.
