[ hits send on the text message to alyssa -- that he's coming to visit for a short while -- before he starts up his scooter & steers himself in the direction of nathan's apartment. his backpack is holding only one thing, but it's precious enough of a bundle that he wears the backpack against his stomach. ignores the looks he's getting both on & off the street, parking tinkerbell in her usual corner spot. it's been almost two weeks since he's saw her (two weeks to recover), which is why he'd armed himself with a present in apology.

stands in front of the door to the stairs for a moment, wondering if he's feeling up to the physical exertion today-- then just changes direction to walk in the direction of the elevator. glances up at the ceiling of it when he's on board & pressed the proper number, feeling a little nervous for no reasons he could consciously finger. decides to shrug it off the best he can when he shuffles off it, rummaging around his backpack to take out the wrapped present before something (someone?) in front of a door catches his eye.

... stops. blinks. ]

. . . ? [ belatedly realizes that the boy is front of the door he needs to reach, making him pause, blink & speak: ] . . . Hi.

「 Juice please. 」

[ nods & goes to open the fridge to take out the three that he has -- orange, apple & cranberry. lines them on the counter. ]

Which one?

[ is about to choose before he pauses, swinging his backpack around to unzip it and rummage inside. pulls out a few things and sets them in a row on the ground, standing back up straight when he finds what he needs.

holds this (http://i53.tinypic.com/2efv05z.jpg) out for anthony to take. types: ]

「 Apple. 」

[ stares at the cup, then at hiro. ]

I want to go to your Neverland someday.

... ?

[ tilts his head a little in confusion. ]

[ holds up the poke-cup. ]

This is cool. [ then starts staring/fiddling with it, trying to see how it's opened. ]

[ nods in agreement when he understands, squatting down to the ground to begin putting his things away again. ]

... ?

[ notices anthony struggling a bit, making him waddle on over to help. pops the cup open with ease, handing it back to him wordlessly. ]

[ ears take on a faint tint, but accepts it back with a thankful nod anyway. fills it up with apple juice as much as he thinks is safe, then returns it. ]

[ makes sure it's shut tightly before he sips at it happily. grabs his cellphone, typing: ]

「 Thank you, onii-san. 」

[ & then sips some more. ]

[ gives a pat on the head in response. after putting the juices away, he straightens & gestures down the hall. ]

My room's down there. The smaller one. [ pauses. ] It has Gundam in it.

[ peers down the hall, continuing to sip at his juice. looks up at anthony, back down the hallway, then begins to slowly scoot off in that general direction. ]

[ smiles after him, but doesn't follow, instead starting to rummage around to pull out the necessary ingredients & tools to start on that fried rice that he'd promised. ]

[ is careful when he peeks into the room, respecting the invisible boundaries for the time being. steps to the side and pokes his head in, looking up for the light switch as it's starting to get too dark to see everything properly. lifts up slightly to turn it on when he finds it, stepping inside to look around.

feels mildly impressed that someone not from japan has so many, making sure he takes a close look at every one of them without touching as he makes his way around anthony's bedroom. ]

[ is in a very good mood as he cooks -- better than it has been in two weeks -- so it's with record time that he's thrown everything in the pot, ready to be fried at any time. washes his hands & wanders toward his room as well, standing in the doorway to tilt his head at hiro's antics.

then, after a moment of hesitation, clears his throat to catch the boy's attention & points to one tucked safely against the wall. ]

. . . That one. It's from France. A. . . friend. Got it for me.

[ only blinks and looks over his shoulder when anthony enters, turning back to the specified gundam to peer at it closely. shifts a bit, holding his cellphone up: ]

「 He is a good friend if he gives you Gundam. 」 [ sips, and then: ] 「 I want to give onii-san one, too. 」

[ simply nods in agreement to the first bit, not wanting to go into it. then blinks at the second & pulls out his new (& pink) wallet. ]

You gave me Haro.

[ shakes his head. ]

「 Haro is Haro. 」 [ points to one of the gundams. ] 「 Gundams are Gundams. 」

[ fidgets a little. ]

That's true, but. . .

[ waddles around some more, looking like he's lost in thought. ]

[ blinks, but settles himself onto his bed, watching him wander the room before a thought hits him. ]

Do you have pajamas?

[ sips his drink for a long moment, then turns to anthony and shakes his head. ]

[ scratches his head. then thinks... & thinks some more... ]

. . . I'll look for some of my old clothes.

[ wanders on over to wiggle up on top of the bed to sit next to him. ]

「 I can sleep in my underwear. 」

[ rests a hand on his head. ]
