[ shivers a little underneath the covers when a chill disturbs his slumber, tucking himself a bit closer to caleb to leech off of his warmth. after a moment or two he cracks an eye open, shifting his gaze on over to the window when he feels like something is amiss. blinks once, twice, then slowly sits up in the bed as he gets a closer look at the outside world.

when he sees the snow that had piled up over the night and continued to litter the ground he can't help but get on his knees, smooshing his face and hands up against the glass as if he were an overexcited child. pries himself away after the tiniest of bounces on the bed to instead direct his attention to his sleeping companion. places a hand on his shoulder and lightly shakes. ]

Caleb. Caleb!

[ stares back... then sighs and flops backwards onto the couch. ]

[ rests a hand in nathan's head before starting to stroke at the strands idly. ]

Nathan is hero to me.

[ looks away, blushing. ]

[ reaches to idly play with a few of caleb's fingers as he speaks. ]

Yeah, I wasn't the friendliest person when I first started at SAVE.

Why? [ short pause. ] Pubertät?

[ laughs a little, shaking his head. ]

No. I joined right after Liam died.

[ leans down to nuzzle their noses together. ]

Was young? Many people join SAVE young.

[ & then smiles again, reaching up to stroke caleb's hair with his fingertips. ]

Yep! No sense worrying 'bout that kind of stuff. I'm happy now, aren't I?

[ ruffling comes to a stop when a thought comes to mind, stilling the hand. ]

[ blinks, surprised for a moment. then the smile spreads into a grin. ]

I am happy. I tell Nathan I am happy a lot.
