[ double-checks that everything in the house is straightened and in its proper place, despite having cleaned everything earlier that morning. a few peeks up the stairs towards her brother's room is the only other movement she makes besides nudging things here and there, taking a seat on the edge of a chair when she realizes that it probably won't be very long now. is quite aware (was made aware) that her brother had tricked anthony into thinking they were going to meet at twelve instead of twelve-thirty, but still can't help but glance outside the front window every few minutes to make sure that she would be there when he arrived. ]

[ waits for michael to say something. puts her arm around him again so she can shake him. ]

Aw, c'mon, say soccer! for the kid. Either way he'll probably follow you until you love him, if you know what I mean.

[ ignores her words, standing up a bit straighter as he directs his full attention to their newest companion. ]

Mmhmm. Great! This should shatter the beliefs that you're a robot in disguise. [ then quickly zooms in on anthony's slowly panicking face to take a few photos as well. one final one to include all three while he continues his running commentary: ] And that you actually do have a favourite on the team. Oh, and a possible girlfriend. Not true, of course, but that's what rumours are. They're usually utter rubbish, really, but they're awesome for the newspaper. Final times are a bitch for us 'cause most people need to pass to stick around, you know? So they're not off getting into trouble we can nosy into.

My goalie will simply be unfit to practice if he should lose an eye in the process. [ pauses. ] Not that I would be unwilling to put him to some use should that happen, but it would be more trouble for me in the long-run.

[ makes undignified noises & flails some more at the noogie before the words click in his head. an eyebrow goes up in response, then he seems to just shrug, slipping both arms around her waist with an easy smile. ]

[ rubs the back of his neck now that he's free, chest heaving a little in a combination of relief & leftover adrenaline. eyes jeremy a little wearily when spoken to, but eventually nods. turns to michael. ]

I can see the air duct from here. Let's make our escape.
