[ the time has come for the VALENTINE'S DAY event! is currently skipping every which-way in his white and red outfit, wearing pants just like rob requested. ... well, they're shorts, but it was better than a skirt, right?

nonetheless he moves about quickly, greeting and seating people as they come along. everything is practically covered in red, pink, and white hearts, streamers, balloons and flowers all tastefully designed and hung up in a very orderly (but not overpowering) manner. the small, circular tables are set up everywhere, leaving enough space for people to have their privacy. said tables are covered in lacy white tablecloths, a single white, pink, or red rose residing in the middle inside a simple white vase. oh, and the chairs sort of look like this. cute, aren't they?

in short, valentine's day must have thrown up inside the mansion, but at least it didn't look too ridiculous or cluttered. ]

[ looks over at him with a straight face. oh no you di-dn't. ]

I'm wearing pants, aren't I?

[ disapproving look is a go. ]

[ stares right back, still looking unimpressed. ]

[ ... then suddenly smiles, sparkles and all. ]

Oh, Rob, do you want my ribbon? You keep looking at it, after all. It would look super cute in your hair!

[ he knows your tricks well enough by now, anna. the stare stays. ]

[ oh, he's not backing down. even if he's tiny he's pretty quick and strong, which is why he takes off the ribbon, reaches up as rob keeps staring, then ties it into a makeshift headband on rob's head. ]

There! Now we look pretty together~

. . .

[ lets it stay for a moment & takes it off. then he's making a beeline for the closest trash can. ]

... ! Noooo, that's my ribbon-!

[ trails after him, whining and all. ]

You can do without it.

[ huffs. ]

... oh!

[ takes out another one from his pocket, putting it on himself. ]

There, now everything is perfect!

[ his goes in the trash. & then reaches for yours, anna. ]

Take that off. You look fine -- better -- without it.

[ smacks his hand away (gently) and moves his head to the side. ]

No way, jose. I like it.

[ sighs. if rob was capable of puppy eyes, he would be making them. ]

Please, Anna.

[ pouts. he really likes the ribbon, but since rob said 'please', he can't help but feel bad, so he takes it off. ]

[ looks much happier. okay, now he's taking a step back & bringing out the other hand -- the one he's been careful to keep out of anna's reach & view -- from behind his back. it's holding a rose. ]

Happy Valentines.

[ ... oh. blinks a few times, very surprised. ]

[ face softens as he takes it, pressing the petals to his nose to inhale the smell. ]

Thank you, Rob. So much.

[ for coming is what he wanted to add on, but doesn't think it's necessary. ]

[ reaches out to hold his hand. ]

Are you free? Or should I come back later?

[ squeezes it gently, shaking his head. ]

I'm always free for you. Let's go sit down.

[ follows to a small table & ... slowly sits on the heart-chairs. hoping that this doesn't break under him. ]

Did you do all of this by yourself?

[ sits as well, staring at the rose. twirls it between his fingers, deciding to take the ribbon and put it on that instead. there, pretty little bow. ]

Yes, I did! It was a lot of fun to do! Do you like it?

[ ... kinda likes that rose + ribbon combination. but frowns. ]

I do, but this was too much to do for one person.

[ caught off-guard again, confused. ]
