[ is sitting up already with his head between his knees while continuing his sobbing. jumps when simon chucks the pillows across the room, letting out a small sound of surprise at the sudden movement.

though the next moment he's scooting away as far as he can from simon, backed up against the headboard like a scared animal would. ]

[ shakes his head, not even wanting to talk anymore. though he lowers his hands, just so simon could look if he wanted to. ]

[ peers at him some more, poking & prodding before finally backing off, sitting on his side of the bed. ]

[ glances at him at the corner of his eye, then looks down at his lap sadly. isn't sure what to say, so he keeps his mouth shut. ]

[ slowly gets on his knees, though only shifts slightly to face simon's back. rests back on his heels, opens his mouth, then closes it again. ]
