[ isn't entirely there even when the plane comes to a complete stop; the noise ringing in his head is as painful as he remembers it being, making him sway a bit while pressing a hand to his forehead. the world before his eyes seems to double, triple, merge back into one, then double again, while the blueprint-world throbs in noisy emptiness. makes small whimpering noises when they're walking, barely hanging onto consciousness by focusing on that comforting, erratic heartbeat he knows is near.

gropes around for a smaller hand that he knows is around (but can't remember why it would be right this moment) while mumbling absentmindedly under his breath in german, as if he's welcoming himself back home. ]

[ opens his mouth when a thought strikes him but closes it almost immediately. shakes his head a bit before smiling and settling with: ]

[ stops in front of the room right across from the bathroom, opening the door widely to show off the interior as he keeps chattering. is a medium-sized area, the bed tucked against the wall (http://freshome.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/03/black-kid-room.jpg) with a cozy table set next to it. its book-shelf is stuffed full, the majority of its contents being storybooks & photo albums with three or four sticker-books wedged in between. on the bed are a row of stuffed animals, carefully placed & regularly dusted to keep clean. the rest of the room a little more spacious, only occupied by a pastel-coloured rug & another smaller bookshelf located underneath the window on the wall opposite to the wall against which the bed is placed.

he gazes at the area fondly for a moment before turning his attentions back to nathan. ]

[ peers around at everything but stays right outside the door, simply taking in what he can from the angle he's at. takes another look around curiously, then nods a bit at caleb when he's had his fill. ]

[ tugs him inside, only releasing nathan's hand to be able to flop onto his old bed with relish. rubs his face into the covers with a pleased smile before he straightens, sitting up to face nathan again. ]

Hilda choose! Hilda give me a lot.

[ rubs his arm a bit awkwardly, deciding to just stand there and look around with only his eyes some more. ]

Well, she does seem to like you a lot. M'not surprised.

[ opens his own arms, scooting a bit closer to the edge of the bed so that he can grasp at nathan's hands again to pull him into a loose hug. ]

I like Hilda too! A lot! And Hilda like Nathan. Is good, because I like Nathan.

[ blinks and goes with the pulling. stares at him for a moment before returning the hug loosely, deciding to just say the first thing that comes to mind: ]

[ tilts his head upward at nathan with a pleased smile, looking appreciative of the admission despite his next words. ]

[ flushes when he sees the smile, eyes swiftly connecting to the floor as he typically does in these types of situations. just holds onto him a bit tighter in a silent reply. ]

[ & seems to relax on cue, leaning his head against nathan's body contently. stays like that for a moment longer before a thought finally strikes him. ]

. . . Bag not here? [ another pause. ] In other room. Big room. For Nathan?

[ seems to snap out of it as well, tilting his head a bit to look at caleb. ]

[ as if on cue he looks up. keeps his gaze there in thought. ]

Uh... but. I can sleep wherever. Couch, maybe. You'd probably want to sleep in here anyway.

[ droops a bit, looking conflicted. tightens his hold while shaking his head. ]

Ja. Is old room. But I want to sleep with Nathan, and Nathan is guest. Sleep in bed.

No, it's okay. I don't mind. I'll be fine on my own.

[ tightens his hold even more, bringing nathan closer as he rubs his nose into the other boy's stomach with a furious shake of the head. ]

[ is surprised by the sudden contact, jerking a bit when he feels caleb hit a ticklish spot he didn't know he had. ]
