[ circles around to face her boys when they get inside of the park, taking out her handy dandy map to look over it. doesn't take too long in deciding what to do first; hands go on her hips, giving them a look as if she's leading an army going to war, though the smile on her face adds something more pleasant onto the double-meaning. ]

So I was thinking that we should split up first and meet up for lunch later. It's pretty crowded today. Going in twos is the best option, since we don't want to lose any short people.

[ ponders something briefly. suddenly grabs damon's wrist, pulling him along to another destination. ]

[ response is cut short when he feels the tugging, stumbling the first few steps in surprise. grumbles a bit at the resulting imbalance but recovers it soon enough to go along with it without much protest, curiosity perked. ]

[ finally they approach these boxes that people are sticking their tickets in. goes to an empty one, releasing damon's wrist. puts his own hands on his hips, clearing his throat. gestures to the box. ]

This is where you get something called a Fastpass.

[ his voice gets more of an all-knowing tone to it, nose stuck up in the air. ]

I know what you're wondering: "What in the world is a Fastpass?" Well, a Fastpass... uh. Lets you get into rides faster. Yeah.

. . . [ gives him a short look, rolls his eyes, shakes his head & just reaches for a pass. ]

Never would've guessed it. I mean, it bein' called a Fastpass an' all.

[ sighs and shakes his head, patting damon's shoulder. ]

I know, right? Don't worry, that's why you have me here, after all.

[ rolls his eyes yet again. ruffles nathan's hair with more force than usual, messing it up & looks at the time on the pass, pockets it. ]

Awesome! Means you got what we're gonna do for the next hour and a half covered, right?

[ groans at the rair ruffling, not bothering to stop him as he's attempting to get his own pass. when the words pass through damon's lips, however, he sort of pauses. ]

... uh. Well, we could always look at the shops? Heard they had awesome Indiana Jones stuff.

[ shrugs and wanders off to another direction, towards the shops. suddenly stops, however, pointing to an item on one of the food stands. ]

WHOA!

[ rushes on over, picking up the larger-than-life pickle wrapped in a baggie. ]

HOLY CRAP! Damon, look, look! It's HUGE!

[ rushes over to inspect the pickle close up & grins. ]

We're taking two. Can't walk away 'fore trying these monsters.

[ looks really pleased, shoving two of them in the cashier's face. pays for them without second thought, handing one to damon, but not before giving him a look. ]

You'd better eat it all.

[ accepts one, raises an eyebrow. ]

[ unwraps his own, giving damon a snort. ]

Nu-uh, 'cause I paid for it this time.

[ eyebrow remains raised as he unwraps his & takes a bite. ]

Don't you worry. This ain't as nearly has difficult to finish as ice cream.

[ starts noming on his own, eyebrows rising in approval. ]

[ keeps munching until he's half-way done, expression betraying how pleased he is with the taste. ]

[ heaves a dramatic sigh & rolls his eyes at him and continues eating, wandering off to enter one of the shops. ]

[ lingers outside the shop underneath a shade, munching on the treat. ]

[ turns when he notices damon's not following, giving him a look. ]

[ takes a seat shortly afterward on the ground. looks up at him. ]

I ain't going anywhere. Go on in.

[ observes him for a while before shrugging, taking his time in wandering about the shop. ]
