[ is standing near the entrance of the starbucks where he had first met nathan, looking strangely compliant & calm as he listens & reacts (as quietly & discreetly as he's capable) to the bustling crowd of the afternoon. it's not so busy as to give him a headache, but busy enough to keep him entertained as he waits for his teammate/friend. ]

I help Frau Hana! [ motions to the vegetables. ] Little cut? Big cut?

[ blinks, setting down the now-empty pot of water into the sink. ]

Little cut and big cut? Ano... [ gestures a little, hoping it would help. ] In the middle?
