[ stretches when p.e. class is finally over, feeling a little bit like jelly, a little bit like a boulder & a little bit of weakling. shakes his arms a bit to free himself of that feeling, rubbing the back of his neck as he silently tells himself that though the class would only grow to be more strenuous as the semester goes on (especially during the stress-high weeks of exam prep), he'd still enjoy it, not regret it. etcetra. but at the moment, he stinks, even to himself. after spending a rude amount of time at the water fountain (drinking his fill, ignoring his surroundings as usual), he changes directions toward the lockers, intent on taking a quick shower, changing out of his gym clothes & perhaps heading home early for the day. ]

[ turns entirely, raising his arms slowly in a 'banzai' fashion. even when they shake from the extra effort, he keeps them there as he speaks: ]

I observed plenty of people. Most did not try as hard as you did today.

[ finally lowers his arms. scratches at a cheek, shifting a little uncomfortably under the semi(?)-praise. ]

Ice cream can have peanuts in it. [ says it more as a statement rather than a correction. points towards the showers. ] I will wait here.

[ stares up at him silently, as if he's waiting for him to go take that shower. ]

[ stares right back, shaking out an arm as he tries to un-jellify his limbs one at a time. ]

[ shakes out his other arm, then approaches a little to wave a hand in front of the other boy's face. ]

[ doesn't seem disturbed by this. ]

Can a smoothie have peanuts in it?
