[ packs the essential water bottles & sandwiches in his backpack before he's off, putt putt putting to the fair's designated parking spot. doesn't immediately head for the meeting spot, however, strolling on over the bathroom first to do his business. before he leaves, he takes a moment to poke at some of the misbehaving strands on his head in a slightly disgruntled manner. attempts smoothing the strands down twice, then shakes his head, accepting the catastrophe that had been yesterday's sudden rain shower.

making his way back into the outside world, he ignores the trail of waddling seagulls behind him & begins to lazily walk toward the ticket booth to wait for alyssa & tony. ]

[ face reddens, but feels too tired to properly freak. grunts a bit. ]

Shouldn't doubt your master, padawan.

[ peeks down at him. ]

Oh? You're into the master-servant thing, then? That's interesting, didn't cap you off as the type to play those kinds of games!

[ starts groping around for something to swat at him with again. ]

. . . Dirtying Star Wars. I've raised you wrong.

[ releases a hand to catch that wrist. brings it up to brush his lips against the skin. ]

If you got what I meant, then you're just as dirty.

[ ... finds enough energy to blush full-force at those particular words & the gesture. tries to yank his hand away, glancing left & right as he starts fidgeting for freedom without upsetting the pots. ]

That! Not! Everyone knows--?!

[ rakes his teeth against his wrist, pulling him a bit closer. ]

I doubt Alyssa would've gotten it.

[ emits one of his customary HRK noises & starts flapping the fingers of his caught hand to slap at tony's nose the best he can. ]

She wouldn't even get Star Wars!

[ grunts when he's hit, holding on a bit tighter. ]

No?

[ yelps & tries to shove him backwards a bit. ]

No! Probably! Too old! Maybe just the new ones. . . ?

[ laughs and just uses that attempt at shoving to instead pull him closer. tilts his head and chomps down lightly on anthony's ear with a grin, his other hand attempting to wiggle up underneath his shirt. ]

[ suddenly pops up beside them with a loud whine to accompany it. tugs on their sleeves, giving them both a giant pout and big doe eyes. ]

Aw, why are you guys playing without me! I wanna play too, play too!

[ & then she chomps down on tony's arm, mimicking his previous action. ]

[ yelps at the pain and removes himself fully from both of them, stumbling back a bit into the chair behind them. ]

[ fkjkjafkjg-- then jumps when alyssa's voice registers in his mind enough to lower the embarrassment-turned-panic. takes deep breaths when he feels tony separating from him, slowly losing the strength in his legs. decides to prevent an accident & simply lowers himself to the ground. looks up at alyssa with gratitude. ]

Lyssa. Hi. Than-- M-Meatballs?

[ blinks at them both, a finger to her lips... then beams down at anthony and squats down in front of him to begin singing: ]

On top of spagheeetti~ All covered in cheese~! I lost my poor meatbaaaall, when somebody sneeeeezed~

[ blinks, but sings along dutifully. ]

It rolled off the ta-a-able. . . and on to the floor. . . [ sniffs on cue. ]

. . . [ just stares down at them for a long moment. shakes his head and holds up his hands to stop them and get their attention. ]

Okay, no, we're not doing this.

Embrace your inner child.

[ thunks them both on the head lightly. ]

Before that, don't you want to stop that boiling water from overflowing?

BEAUTIFUL NOODLES--!

[ scrambles back onto his feet, flailing a little as he gets the pots away from the fire. ]

[ jumps up as well, looking equally as flustered. ]

Oh, no! Did you save them? Did you, did you?

[ is poking at the noodles with a spoon, expression a little dejected & dazed at the same time. ]

I failed you. . .

[ shuffles over to peek around anthony's shoulder. ]

Oh, no...

... are you guys done yet? I'm kinda hungry.

[ cranes his head to look at them both. ]

. . . Overcooked noodles. Still okay?

Well sure! Can't waste food, right?
