[ ignores the strange looks from the passing drivers as he travels leisurely on his scooter. the sound of the characteristic putt putt putt noise of his transportation fills the driveway when he arrives in front of the mansion. it takes him another minute (or two) to properly park & put the machine to rest.

straightens & leans back in the seat a little as he takes out his phone to quickly type a text message: let me be your guest, mademoiselle & looks up toward a window to wait. ]

[ pulls back and laughs once, one hand going towards a fluffy patch of hair while the other still holds onto one of anthony's. ]

[ hesitantly returns the hand hold when tony's face leans away some. ]

It's an acquired skill.

[ keeps that hold on anthony's hand as he tilts his head away in thought. ]

Man, I'm parched. Didn't you say that the princess was getting you something to drink? Where'd she go? [ pauses, then waves himself off. ] Well, whatever, she's probably okay. Let's go get something before all the good stuff is taken!

[ quickly turns his eyes downward, his hold loosening a bit. ]

[ blinks down at him, letting go of his hand. ]

Really? [ thinks about it briefly. ] Well, at least you're dedicated. Gotta give you credit for that.

[ runs his fingers through his bangs for the sole reason of needing something to do. ]

. . . Yeah. She's our princess.

[ puts his hands into his pockets, tilting his head slightly so that he can look at anthony from the corner of his eye. ]

Wrong. She's your princess now, isn't she?

We spent it together. No France, but we went to Hawaii, watched Gundam.

[ his eyes and mind wander as a group of girls pass them by, making him crane his neck slightly to follow them with his gaze. half-hears anthony's words, only turning back to him when picks up on that "somewhat". ]

[ blinks, eyes following tony's previous line of sight. drops his gaze, drooping a little bit while shaking his head. ]

Are you dorming?

[ nods, forcing all of his attention on his companion for the time being. ]

Yep! Can't really commute back and forth on a daily basis. Too much of a hassle. Plus we're Freshmen, don't they require us to dorm for at least the first year? I think so, anyway. Well, whatever, what about you?

Dorming is mandatory? I was going to commute from home.

You can request roommates, I think. [ shifts uncomfortably. ] Would've been nice, but my place is close enough.
