[ packs the essential water bottles & sandwiches in his backpack before he's off, putt putt putting to the fair's designated parking spot. doesn't immediately head for the meeting spot, however, strolling on over the bathroom first to do his business. before he leaves, he takes a moment to poke at some of the misbehaving strands on his head in a slightly disgruntled manner. attempts smoothing the strands down twice, then shakes his head, accepting the catastrophe that had been yesterday's sudden rain shower.

making his way back into the outside world, he ignores the trail of waddling seagulls behind him & begins to lazily walk toward the ticket booth to wait for alyssa & tony. ]

[ when it's gone he lifts a finger, poking the side of anthony's face. ]

Well, I'll be fine. You're on your own.

. . . [ sniffs, takes a long sip & tries to wiggle away halfheartedly. ]

[ presses the slushie against tony's cheek. ]

We're breaking up.

[ swings his other arm around anthony, giving him a great big squeeze. when he speaks he means to make a scene, getting louder with each word: ]

NO! No, I need you-! MY ONE TRUE LOVE!!

[ makes one of his hrk sounds when he's squeezed, almost dropping the slushie in alarm. glances around at the small crowd that seems to be gathering to enjoy the spectacle. ]

Shh--! Tony. [ wiggles an arm in between them to try & shove away tony's face as well as cover his mouth. ] Too early to be drunk--!

[ just holds him closer, as close as he can. pretends he doesn't see the crowd, too busy trying to turn anthony's head his way to give him a (ridiculous, over-dramatic) kiss. ]

Hr-- rrk?! [ decides the slushie's not worth it, letting it go immediately to reach over to cover tony's mouth with both hands. glances quickly around at the crowd. ]

No. No, no, no, bad idea! Worse than a hang-over! Love's overrated! Bad blackmail--! PUBLIC!!

[ nudges his face between those hands, but this time to speak instead of completely invading anthony's personal space. snakes his hands down to place them on his friend's lower back, pulling him closer. ]

But I cannot stop, my love. Can one not show his undying affections for his mate anywhere he pleases? To shower him with the passion and desire that he feels? I just can't help myself.

[ breath hitches as he gulps, eyes widening. shoves his hands on top of his own mouth instead, making his next words come out a little muffled. ]

We're breaking up not making o-- [ stops himself, growing even brighter. ] He's not serious. He might be serious. Bad. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. T-Think of the children, Tony! Innocent minds! Guys, girls, birds, bees-- MY VIRGINITY.

[ the grin on his face spreads a bit wider as he just watches and listens. snorts once in amusement when he feels like he's finally done, expression softening. leans in closer to brush noses with anthony, whispering lowly, for only him to hear: ]

Cute.

[ pulls away after that but keeps a hand around his waist, using his free one to wave at the people who were watching, as if it were an act of some sort. keeps on doing that until the spectators give them an applause, stand there for a moment longer, then disappear into the flow of people surrounding them. ]

[ just stands there dumbly for a moment, heart still going many miles a second as his mind attempts to catch up. when he feels the eyes of the public finally leave them, his legs jelly-fy a bit. leans against tony a little heavily, a little spent. ]

Faint. When in doubt, faint.

[ blinks down at anthony before wrapping both of his arms around the smaller boy, keeping him upright. ]

I don't think I like this fainting idea.

[ pushes his face into tony's chest. ]

It's a last resort.

[ raises a hand to stroke anthony's hair. ]

You should just come back to my place and cuddle with me. No fainting needed.

[ breathes out slowly & wraps his arms around tony to complete their impromptu hug. ]
