[ starts shaking more visibly. ]

C-Comes in all colours--?!

[ shakes his head a little, pointing to it and then to anthony. takes his cellphone out to type: ]

「 For you. 」

[ blinks at the message. at the haro. then finally at the boy. ]

. . . !!! [ voices goes up an octave in excitement. ] R-REALLY. . . ?

[ nods. shifts so that he can get on his knees while on the chair still, lifting up as much as possible to pat anthony's head a few times. ]

[ looks up at him at the gesture while clutching the haro wallet to his chest. ]

Thanks.

[ nods and pats him little more before he wiggles off the chair, wandering over to the counter where the cashier is at. types in his cellphone: hot water? before he stares up at the woman there, who looks back at him in confusion. ]

[ settles down into a seat to stare at the haro a little longer, then looks up when he feels the boy is taking a while. pockets the wallet & shuffles on over, glancing down at the cellphone to read the message, then at the woman behind the cash. ]

Can you give us some water for some instant noodles? [ when he gets a positive response, turns back to the boy. gestures a little. ] Give her the pikachu noodles.

[ blinks up at anthony. slowly walks back over to the table to pick out the cup of ramen, handing it over to the woman when he returns. ]

[ leans back on the heels of his feet as the woman takes the cup noodles to fill it with water. is thinking about getting a cookie when he realizes a question that he should've asked from the beginning, making him voice that instead of ordering for himself: ]

You don't like talking?

[ peeks over the counter at the woman, clearly excited to finally have his ramen despite his straight face. when he hears the question he looks over his shoulder at his companion, just simply shaking his head in a silent response. ]

[ finally orders something, having settled on a simple tea rather than the cookie he'd been eying. ]

But you're good at English.

[ tilts his head a little when he hears that order, but doesn't say anything regarding it as he's too busy typing in something else for anthony to see: ]

「 I don't talk at all. 」

[ blinks, still a little curious. decides not to push the subject when he receives his tea & the little boy is handed his cup noodles. ]

Do you want to eat here?

[ takes it gingerly as he waddles back to the table. places the noodles down before sliding onto the chair, giving a look to anthony that says that he's perfectly content with their current location. ]

[ settles down in the seat across from the boy after adding five milks in his tea. pauses in mid-sip when he realizes yet another question that he should have asked ~~a hundred comments ago~~ before. ]

So. . . what's your name?

[ doesn't notice him asking the question, too busy popping out his chopsticks (http://i56.tinypic.com/dm46xi.jpg) as he stares and waits for the noodles to be done. peeks into the cup after a few minutes to check, propping his chopsticks in his hands to begin eating when all seems well.

looks up at anthony after he quickly slurps some noodles, munching on them quite happily in silence. ]

[ pauses when he sees the box (& the design on it), momentarily forgetting his question to simply stare at the box & sip at his tea in silence, as if mystified. ]

[ when he's satisfied with his meal he looks over at anthony again, then at his tea. places the chopsticks down as he slides off the chair to go back to the counter. after a minute of somewhat confusion he takes the cookie that's handed to him, giving the amount of money that he thinks is correct.

scoots back over to the table, holding out that cookie anthony had been previously eying. ]

[ takes the cookie with a blink, feeling both surprised & a little touched. ]

Oh. Uh. T-Thank you.

[ nods once in a sign of acknowledgment, slipping into his chair easily again. picks up the chopsticks, grabs some noodles-- sluuuurp. ]

[ & as if to match that, he puts his tea down to nom down the cookie, going right down the middle of it like a beaver. ]

[ keeps on eating for a while longer, watching anthony as he munches on his cookie. after a moment he takes out his phone again. ]

「 Are you in college? 」

[ finishes the rest of the cookie, looking rather content. washes down the last of it with some tea & nods in response when he sees the question. ]

Yeah. In second year.

[ types in, before he dives back into his noodles: ]

「 Do you have a job? 」

[ nods again. ]
