[ hits send on the text message to alyssa -- that he's coming to visit for a short while -- before he starts up his scooter & steers himself in the direction of nathan's apartment. his backpack is holding only one thing, but it's precious enough of a bundle that he wears the backpack against his stomach. ignores the looks he's getting both on & off the street, parking tinkerbell in her usual corner spot. it's been almost two weeks since he's saw her (two weeks to recover), which is why he'd armed himself with a present in apology.

stands in front of the door to the stairs for a moment, wondering if he's feeling up to the physical exertion today-- then just changes direction to walk in the direction of the elevator. glances up at the ceiling of it when he's on board & pressed the proper number, feeling a little nervous for no reasons he could consciously finger. decides to shrug it off the best he can when he shuffles off it, rummaging around his backpack to take out the wrapped present before something (someone?) in front of a door catches his eye.

... stops. blinks. ]

. . . ? [ belatedly realizes that the boy is front of the door he needs to reach, making him pause, blink & speak: ] . . . Hi.

[ wonders if he should say many things that he's thinking, deciding against it when he realizes that he doesn't have the capacity to translate it all. just reaches to take anthony's hand again before pocketing his phone. ]

[ puffs out his cheeks in silent victory (over his status as 'still a kid'), looking rather pleased as he tugs them forward again toward the cafe. ]

[ doesn't say anything to that as he's too busy peeking at it with interest. takes out his cellphone again, clutching it a little bit in case he wants to take a photo of something. ]

[ leads them inside soon enough, glancing around the small shop for an open table. finds one by the window & leads them there for now. ]

Hot water should be free. I think.

[ shakes his head as he slides onto a chair. places his backpack on the table to find his wallet-slash-coinbag (http://i55.tinypic.com/cj9uf.jpg). holds it up to anthony in silence, as if telling him that he has money. ]

[ & of course, he's not focusing on the intent behind the motion, his face busily going bright red as he recognizes the shape of the wallet. ]

H-H-HARO. . . !!

[ puts it into one of his hands carefully, assuming that he wants to look at it. ]

[ stares down at it when it's put into his hands, face going even more red. starts shaking a bit. ]

[ looks over at his backpack in brief thought. sits up straight to dig through it again. opens a plastic bag to take out another one, only it's pink (http://i51.tinypic.com/28injhw.jpg) this time. takes his green one back before he places the pink one into anthony's hand. ]

[ starts shaking more visibly. ]

C-Comes in all colours--?!

[ shakes his head a little, pointing to it and then to anthony. takes his cellphone out to type: ]

「 For you. 」

[ blinks at the message. at the haro. then finally at the boy. ]

. . . !!! [ voices goes up an octave in excitement. ] R-REALLY. . . ?

[ nods. shifts so that he can get on his knees while on the chair still, lifting up as much as possible to pat anthony's head a few times. ]

[ looks up at him at the gesture while clutching the haro wallet to his chest. ]

[ nods and pats him little more before he wiggles off the chair, wandering over to the counter where the cashier is at. types in his cellphone: hot water? before he stares up at the woman there, who looks back at him in confusion. ]

[ settles down into a seat to stare at the haro a little longer, then looks up when he feels the boy is taking a while. pockets the wallet & shuffles on over, glancing down at the cellphone to read the message, then at the woman behind the cash. ]

Can you give us some water for some instant noodles? [ when he gets a positive response, turns back to the boy. gestures a little. ] Give her the pikachu noodles.

[ blinks up at anthony. slowly walks back over to the table to pick out the cup of ramen, handing it over to the woman when he returns. ]

[ leans back on the heels of his feet as the woman takes the cup noodles to fill it with water. is thinking about getting a cookie when he realizes a question that he should've asked from the beginning, making him voice that instead of ordering for himself: ]

You don't like talking?

[ peeks over the counter at the woman, clearly excited to finally have his ramen despite his straight face. when he hears the question he looks over his shoulder at his companion, just simply shaking his head in a silent response. ]

[ finally orders something, having settled on a simple tea rather than the cookie he'd been eying. ]

But you're good at English.

[ tilts his head a little when he hears that order, but doesn't say anything regarding it as he's too busy typing in something else for anthony to see: ]

「 I don't talk at all. 」
