[ twitches & jabs an elbow into tony's side, but otherwise holds his ground. ]

Not part of a balanced breakfast.

But still delicious.

[ ding. removes his arm from around anthony to step inside the elevator. ]

[ blinks & follows inside, leaning back against one of the walls. is silent for a moment, then glances at tony curiously. ]

Did you join anything?

[ pushes the button for the bottom floor, hands going into his pockets. ]

Naw, I'm too busy for that kinda stuff.

[ looks up at the ceiling of the elevator, head tilting slightly in thought. ]

But girls like that kinda stuff.

I don't need to do that kind of stuff for girls to like me.

[ shrugs. ]

Extra boost.

[ returns the shrug. ]

Don't need it.

[ when the door finally opens he strolls on out, heading out towards the space where he parked in silence. ]

[ trails after once again, doing a full-body stretch. feeling looser, he also keeps to the silence until they arrive at tony's car. peers at it curiously, then gives the roof of it a pat. ]

You should name it Wendy.

[ unlocks the car, giving anthony an amused smile as he opens his door. ]

Why Wendy?

'Cause Tinkerbell's taken.

[ laughs at that, slipping into the car. ]

I'll think about it.

[ opens the door on his side to poke his head inside. ]

I really can't bring her?

Where's the fun in that? [ pats the passenger's seat a few times. ] C'mon, before all the good toys are taken.

. . . [ with some hesitation, he settles himself inside the car. ]

Zoom zoom, James Bond.

[ turns on the engine, revving it up loudly a few times. ]

What's that? You want me to drive really really fast?

[ curls both hands around the seat-belt strap over his chest. ]

Think of the old ladies.

[ does it again, just for show. ]

Old ladies? Right now all I see is one big chicken.

[ grip tightens despite himself. ]

Don't discriminate.

[ just keeps a grin on his face as he pulls out from the curb, unable to help himself when he begins to go increasingly faster and faster instead of slowing down. ]

[ straightens in his seat second-by-second, tensing as the speed keeps increasing. dares a look at the speedometer while biting down a hrk. ]

Speed limit! Police!

[ still continues at the same speed for a while longer, humming to some tune in his head. when they approach a red light along the way it almost seems like he's not going to stop, but sure enough, at the last minute: screeeeeeeeech.

looks over at anthony finally, giving a wide smile. ]

See? I stopped. [ lifts a hand to pet his hair. ] You're safe with me.

[ barely acknowledges the petting, busily being rock stiff in his seat. face turns a tad blue before he finally releases his held breath. turns to give tony an incredulous stare. ]

I saw Buddha.

[ really can't help himself when he laughs at that, ruffling anthony's hair more. ]

Well aren't you lucky!

[ it takes him a moment, but eventually he seems to relax, sagging into the seat. tilts a bit toward tony's hand. ]

But he wasn't glowing. I feel cheated.
